SV NOLEGGIO JOINS THE PETIT FORESTIER GROUP

The Petit Forestier Group is consolidating its offer and expertise in refrigerated vehicle leasing and rental with the acquisition of SV Noleggio in Italy.

The Petit Forestier Group has announced that it has just completed the acquisition of SV Noleggio, a family business specialising in the refrigerated vehicle leasing and rental in Italy. This new acquisition will enable the Petit Forestier Group to consolidate its offer and expertise in Italy, while strengthening its position as an expert partner in refrigerated rental in that region. SV Noleggio has now joined the Group while retaining its brand. 

Shared customer commitments 

With more than 10 years’ experience, the family business SV Noleggio, founded by Salvatore Vaccaro, is a major and recognised player on the refrigeration leasing and rental market and offers its customers full services including maintenance, assistance and troubleshooting 24/7, the provision of a replacement vehicle and insurance. Its quality of service mirrors that provided by the Petit Forestier Group in the context of its commitment to its customers.  
With this acquisition, the Petit Forestier Group, a family business led by Léonard Forestier, will enable SV Noleggio to pursue its development, relying on the Group’s expertise acquired over more than a century of existence, thanks to the commitment of its employees and the quality of service provided to its customers.  
SV Noleggio currently has a fleet of 3,000 vehicles, a network of nine agencies and about a hundred employees.  
Conscious of the challenge of giving its customers optimal support in their energy transition, SV Noleggio has decided to equip its fleet with eDaily electric vehicles. This approach is identical to that of the Petit Forestier Group, which last September signed an agreement with the manufacturer Iveco for the supply of 2,000 eDaily chassis-cabs.

The acquisition of SV Noleggio will increase the Petit Forestier Group’s fleet to more than 70,000 vehicles worldwide, with nearly 6,000 vehicles in Italy.
