Compliance and Ethics

Integrity and the fight against corruption
Petit Forestier Group applies a zero-tolerance principle towards corruption and takes all measures to prevent acts of influence peddling and conflicts of interest.
The Group has deployed a set of measures to comply with the requirements of the Sapin II law. This system is supported by the commitment of our executive bodies and is based on a risk mapping related to conducting our business.
Code of conduct
A Code of Conduct has been implemented to disseminate our rules and values to our employees and stakeholders. It has provided everyone with a reference framework.
Whistleblowing system
Our professional whistleblowing system allows reporting conduct or situations that may constitute a breach of the rules within the Group. It is an external platform for collecting reports of corruption and harassment, open to all our employees and third parties. It reflects our commitment to defending freedoms and business ethics while fostering a work environment where everyone can express themselves freely.
How to report?
Any report can be submitted through the external reporting platform by emailing: petitforestiergroup.alert@deloitte.fr
