Update on the Group’s operations in Hungary

Petit Forestier Group announces that it will cease its operations in the country.

This decision comes against a local economic backdrop that no longer allows the business to continue under satisfactory conditions. After considering various options, the Group has decided to wind down its operations in order to ensure responsible and controlled management of the situation.

The Group wishes to emphasise that this decision does not in any way reflect on the commitment, professionalism and quality of work of the local teams.

The teams remain fully committed to supporting customers and working with each of them to organise a transition tailored to their needs. The aim is to ensure continuity of service under the best possible conditions until operations come to an end.

The cessation of operations is being managed in a structured and responsible manner, in compliance with applicable regulations and with particular attention paid to all stakeholders.
